WHAT’S GOOD ABOUT IT?
Baobab is packed with vitamins B, C, and Omega 3s, so it can help really help with dry, aging, and dull skin. It helps to improve skin barrier function.
Baobab oil is a rich source of omega fatty acids that help to fight inflammation, making it a great choice for sensitive or inflamed skin. Baobab oil's anti-inflammatory properties soothe irritation and can even help with skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
Clinical trials have also found that baobab oil may help improve acne in some people. This is because of it's high quantity of linoleic acid, a kind of omega-3 fatty acid that has anti-inflammatory properties. For this reason, Baobab Oil may help reduce skin redness, irritation, and swelling to helping treat acne. (Acne caused by hormonal imbalances is unlikely to be improved.)
