WINTER GREEN SMOOTHIE
Hello lovelies, if you have been feeling slightly under the weather recently or are just exhausted from all the christmas prep or maybe you’ve been burning the candle at both ends with endless partying? We have exactly what you need on this weeks blog! It’s the most amazing smoothie that will not only give you more energy but will help give your skin its glow back. It will also improve your digestive system and help to boost your immunity. It’s packed full of incredible vitamins and supplements along with a healthy dose of fibre and protein to have you feeling in tip top shape in no time. Recipe
1 whole lime squeezed
1/2 Avocado
8 greens supplement in a glass of water 8greens
Powder vitamin supplement (homemade mix of magnesium, CO-Q10, collagen, B2 & B12, ashwagandha, rhodiola and ginger root) These can be purchased from any local health store. Please be sure to follow the suggested amounts on the bottles.
1 tsp of honey
Handful of kale
1/2 cucumber
1 nectarine
5/6 king cherries
2 medjool dates
100g Vanilla Kefir yogurt (20g of protein)
Crushed Ice
